Every IR spot in the league, dated — guideline 7
No IR spots are in use yet. When a manager tells the commissioner he is using one, it is logged here with the date placed and the four-week expiry, so the whole league can see who is holding what and for how much longer.

Day-to-day players are not eligible. Only the O designation can be placed on IR, because of the ESPN settings — guideline 11. A day-to-day player who is clearly going to miss a month still cannot go on IR until ESPN moves him to out.
He must already be on your team when he gets hurt. You cannot draft, pick up or trade for an injured player and then stash him — guideline 8.
Five per team · counts down with every use
Short version — full text on the Guidelines page
Four weeks maximum. Hold a player past it and that is $75 and a forced drop of your most recent pickup.
Five tokens per team for the season. Each use takes one off the count, and the tally beside every team is the live number remaining.
A token spent is spent. If the player is out less than four weeks, the leftover time is gone. The one exception: if he is cleared within 24 hours of you using the token, you get the token back in full.
Reinjured after coming back? That is a new token — unless he is reinjured inside a 24-hour window of being reactivated, in which case you keep the remainder of the old one.
Trading a player on IR does not refund the token. It still counts after he has left your team.
Reactivate before the first game on the expiry date, not after it.
